Summary
Han Boreum just wanted clarity about his odd condition—not a death sentence. But with the shaman he approached, there’s a terrifying warning: “You’re a ball of yin energy. If you don’t find someone with strong yang to share a bed with, a lot is going to change in your life.”
Fearful but desperate, Boreum begins to look for the one who can save him. That is when he meets Joo Taeyang—the campus golden boy, the star of the business department, and shining so bright that his classmates call him “Apollo.”
On paper, he appears to be a perfect match for Boreum. In reality? He’s unbearably tongue-in-cheek, infuriatingly self-centered, and apparently saves all of his worst for Boreum alone.
But with his life hanging in the balance, Boreum embarks on a messy, tear-drenched strategy to get his “yang-guy.” Clumsy seduction, awkward hijinks, miscommunication, and fireworks ensue, leaving Boreum wondering:
Is this just about surviving now? Or might he be able to get from this precarious situation what was just life-saving warmth, to something a little softer… like love?
