Summary
Kwon Heemang lives a secluded life — neither a job nor friends, but merely a shut-in lifestyle. One day, after an unforeseen accident, she begins to see ghosts. Further trouble arises after her first hospital encounter with a spirit, Kim Sarang, who becomes attached to her.
Sarang expresses that if Heemang could help in fulfilling her lingering regret, she would leave Heemang in peace. It turns out that Sarang’s lingering regret has to do with a man she loved. Sarang died a month after confessing her feelings and dating him. Their relationship never progressed further than that.
Sarang insists that she just wants to borrow Heemang’s body to spend a little more time with her boyfriend and then she will be off to the afterlife. Before Heemang can protest, the ghost possesses her and rushes off to find him.
The man is revealed to be Woo Tae-min, a college student, who is eight years younger than Heemang, is back from military service, and enjoying festivities at his school’s welcome party.
Possessed by Sarang, Heemang suddenly kisses him without warning and when the possession fades, Heemang suddenly realized what she has done.
