Five years earlier, Kang Baekjun was an investigative journalist who had to go underground in order to reveal a vile cult in a remote hilly village. The sad trauma that the event inflicted on him made him leave the profession of investigative journalism.

Today Baekjun works as a reporter in the entertainment industry and is on the verge of getting fired due to poor performance. In a bid to keep his job, he interviews Seo Yohan, a star rookie model.

But Yohan behaves as if he knew Baekjun for ages and intentionally removes the shroud from the painful memories that Baekjun was desperately trying to hide. While employing his dirty trick Yohan tells Baekjun in a sulky whisper, “Strangle me like you did back then. After all, you were the one who invented my kink.”
