Summary
Garam, a squirrel beastman, had lost both his home and guardian in an instant. To escape the many demanding loan sharks who have never lent him money at all, he lived in a park in his squirrel form. One day, he encounters a nice-looking suspicious man named Samuheon; he feels comfortable around this man because he gives Garam nuts and cranberries every day. Garam’s life takes a twist and he finds out he is destined to be Samuheon’s pet by fate.
“By the way… is the squirrel a boy or a girl?”
“Squirrel, do you want something to eat?”
“Most squirrels are this intelligent?”
Garam is conflicted by how Samuheon treats him like a pet while not knowing he is a beast-man, but it is hard to resist the sweet way that the man touches him. To make matters worse for Garam, on a particular day he discovers that his benefactor is actually an executive with the loan company that has caused him so much pain.
