Dokkaebi

Since she was a child, Jihye has seen things that people are not meant to see, and as an adult with a corporate job, she still has random experiences every day that could lead to danger at any given moment.

One day on her way home after breaking up with her cheating boyfriend of nine years, Jihye meets a dokkaebi who has been searching for the Mountain Spirit. The dokkaebi promises to repair Jihye’s eyes if she will help him locate the Mountain Spirit. Jihye wants to have a normal life and to feel included in all of the mundane occurrences that she has always wanted, she and the dokkaebi agree to work together.

Meanwhile, there are numerous beings that both Jihye and the dokkaebi cannot see who are watching them whether they are near Jihye or watching from afar. What connection exists between the dokkaebi and the Mountain Spirit and was Jihye’s meeting with the dokkaebi by chance?
