Summary
From early youth, Sohm has never felt comfortable or at ease around Geon, a boy who has much in common with him but is also entirely different. Anytime they come face-to-face, there seems to be a need to argue, and once their parents marry each other and they evolve into a brotherly bond, strict boundaries will apply in order for there to be less discord between them. The first of these rules requires both of them to travel to and from school together. The second rule requires both to embrace each other for at least thirty seconds prior to entering the home. The forceful nature of these consistent embraces has resulted in both Geon and Sohm experiencing an unexpected transformation in their relationship, with the playful banter that Geon has provided ultimately leading to a serious situation because both boys have shared more than they ever intended…
