Do Yihyeon is notorious as a slow-moving workaholic for their work ethic. In reality, Do Yihyeon is an omega mutant suffering from face blindness.

When Do Yihyeon becomes intoxicated one night, he hooks up with a man he has never seen before and becomes unexpectedly pregnant.

Initially Do Yihyeon is shocked to learn of their unexpected longevity. After they come to terms with their new condition and morning sickness they start to have advances from an acquaintance that they never interacted with much before.
